Refund policy

Buyer may only apply for return of the purchased Goods in the following circumstances:

  • the Goods delivered to Buyer is defective and/or damaged on delivery;
  • the Goods delivered to Buyer is materially different from the description provided by Seller in the listing of the Goods
  • the Goods delivered to Buyer does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, colour, etc.) stipulated in the order

Our return policy does not cover

a)      Change of mind

b)      Scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear from regular use

c)      Damage from improper or negligent use of the product and failure to comply with the use and care instructions including but not limited to using metal utensils for cooking, overheating the cookware, improper washing methods, and improper storage

d)      Minor color or packaging deviations from what is shown on this site

e)      Cosmetic exterior damages such as dented box packaging, minor paint chips or scratches on the exterior of the cookware that do not affect the product's intended performance in terms of cooking

 

  • To request an exchange or refund, you must notify us via email at enquiries@curioculinaire.com  within 7 DAYS of receiving the item, with supporting evidence (e.g., photos of the item and packaging).
  • Exchanges or refunds will only be approved once the returned item has been received and inspected by our team. Please ensure that you return the entire product / package unused and undamaged, in the original product packaging including the box, accessories and all labels within 14 days from the acceptance of request. Unless agreed otherwise at our discretion, the cost of shipping the return goods is the responsibility of the customer.
  • If a refund request is verified and accepted, the refund value of the price of the product will be made to your original payment method within 14 to 30 working days from the date of refund confirmation.
  • Upon proper examination by our Customer Service team, product(s) can only be returned in the following circumstances:

a)      incorrect item(s) delivered;

b)     defective item(s) delivered; or

c)      broken item(s) delivered.
