Orders & Confirmation
•    Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This is an acknowledgment, not a guarantee of acceptance.
•    We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, stock unavailability, or errors in product/pricing information.

Shipping & Delivery 

• Orders placed on this site will incur delivery fees which are calculated on the cart page according to the products, the total amount of the order and the delivery service chosen. Every effort will be made to meet these delivery timescales, but this cannot be guaranteed as delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control.
  

1. 1. Delivery Timelines:
      o   West Malaysia: 3 to 5 business days.
      o   East Malaysia: 5 to 10 business days.
   2.  Business Days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
      

• Ownership of the product will pass to you once (i) we have received payment in full and (ii) you or a designated third person have taken physical possession of the product. We may recover any products ordered by you at any time prior to passing of ownership ownership passing in the event we discover there is any the case of breach of these terms and conditions, fraud or negligence.
• Risk of damage of product or loss of the product shall pass to you at the time of delivery
• Risk in the product will pass to you upon delivery (or when a carrier organised by you collects it from us).
